Edgetek™ PKE Series

Edgetek™ PKE Series by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) consist of formaldehyde-free, specialty engineered, 10-40% short glass fiber reinforced polyketone (PK) thermoplastics. These provide exceptional chemical resistance, low moisture uptake, excellent dimensional stability, high impact and wear resistance. Offer a high-performing, cost-effective and more eco-conscious alternative to nylons (PA66 and PA6). Available in natural and black grades, the Edgetek™ PKE Series can be colored at the press, have short cycle times and offer a reduced carbon footprint, emit up to 61% less carbon dioxide than nylon (PA66 and PA6). Recommended for industrial, electronics and transportation applications including pipes & tubing, electrical battery components and under-the-hood fuel or chemical contact components.
