Ultraform® W 2320 003 BK120 Q600

Ultraform® W 2320 003 BK120 Q600 is an acetal polyoxymethylene (POM) copolymer grade containing black pigment (carbon black) and a mold release agent. Is an easy flowing grade and undergoes rapid solidification. Shows excellent chemical resistance to gasoline (including those containing ethanol and methanol), diesel fuels, and biodiesel. Possesses high rigidity, good mechanical strength and elastic properties, high toughness, dimensional stability and excellent sliding friction properties. Can be processed using injection molding. It is specially designed for use where processing is extremely difficult but mechanical properties are lower. Typical applications include thin walled parts.
