Ultramid® 1503-2F BK ND3007

Ultramid® 1503-2F BK ND3007 is a heat stabilized polyamide 66 grade reinforced with 33% glass fiber. Possesses good elastic properties, dimensional stability, low tendency to creep and excellent sliding friction properties. Provides enhanced hydrolysis resistance, good toughness at low temperatures, high rigidity, high mechanical strength, stiffness, thermal stability, very good impact strength and good processability. Exhibits outstanding resistance to chemicals, hot lubricants, hot water, fuels, hydraulic fluids and coolants, refrigerants, dyes, paints, cleaners, degreasing agents, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and many other solvents. Is resistant to corrosion, to aqueous solutions of salts and alkalis and to stress-crack formation compared to many amorphous plastics. Processed by injection molding and used for under-the-hood applications.
