Ultramid® A34 01

Ultramid® A34 01 by BASF is a polyamide 66 (PA66) grade with a medium viscosity. It has good elastomeric characteristics, dimensional stability, high creep strength, and great sliding friction. Provides high rigidity, high mechanical strength, stiffness, thermal stability, very strong impact strength, and outstanding processability at low temperatures. Chemicals, lubricants, fuels, hydraulic fluids and coolants, refrigerants, dyes, paints, cleansers, degreasing agents, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, and a variety of other solvents are all resistant to it. In comparison to many amorphous plastics, it is resistant to abrasion, corrosion, aqueous salt and alkali solutions, and stress-crack formation. Cast monolayer film, monofilaments, and bristles were used to process the material. Applications of Ultramid® A34 01 in the electrical, mechanical, and automotive industries.
