Ultramid® A3WG10

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by BASF
Ultramid® A3WG10 by BASF is a polyamide 66 reinforced with 50% glass fiber. It possesses good elastic properties, high dimensional stability, high creep strength and excellent sliding friction properties. This grade provides good toughness at low temperatures, hardness, high rigidity, high mechanical strength, stiffness, thermal stability, very good impact strength and good processability. It exhibits outstanding resistance to chemicals, hot lubricants and hot water, fuels, hydraulic fluids and coolants, refrigerants, dyes, paints, cleaners, degreasing agents, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and many other solvents. Ultramid® A3WG10 is resistant to heat aging, corrosion, to aqueous solutions of salts and alkalis and to stress-crack formation compared to many amorphous plastics. It is processed by injection molding. It is used for industrial articles.
