Ultramid® TKR 4370 C6

Ultramid® TKR 4370 C6 is a partially aromatic polyamide 6 copolymer (PA 6T/6). Is toughest of all partially aromatic polyamides. Possesses good elastic, electrical and mechanical properties, high melting point, low tendency to creep and excellent sliding friction properties. Provides low shrinkage, low warpage, good toughness at low temperatures, high dimensional stability, rigidity, strength, stiffness and thermal stability, high impact strength, slow water absorption and good processability. Exhibits outstanding resistance to chemicals, lubricants, fuels, greases, oils, hydraulic fluids and coolants, refrigerants, dyes, paints, cleaners, degreasing agents, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and many other solvents such as glycol, ethers, esters, organic acids and aliphatic alcohols. Is resistant to corrosion, to aqueous solutions of salts and alkalis and to stress-crack formation compared to many amorphous plastics. Is compliant with RoHS directive 2011/65/EC, WEEE directive 2002/96/EC and EC Regulation 1907/2006 (REACH).
