Quadraflex™ ALE-80A-B20

Quadraflex™ ALE-80A-B20 is a water insoluble, naturally white colored, high performance aliphatic polyether based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It contains 20% barium sulfate by weight and is free with phthalate-based plasticizers. Exhibits mild odor, excellent mechanical properties, oxidative stability, biocompatibility, elasticity, consistent melt flow properties, non-yellowing during aging and softening at body temperature. Is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Quadraflex™ ALE-80A-B20 by Biomerics is used in catheter tube applications. Complies with USP Class VI, ISO-10993, ISO 9001:2008 and meets with the requirements of FDA directive 177.1680 for food contact applications.
