Evateno® 8019 PE

Evateno® 8019 PE by Braskem is water-insoluble ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade with medium vinyl-acetate content (19%, w/w). Does not contain the substance Bisphenol A (BPA, CAS # No. 80-05-7) in its composition. Highly compatible with other thermoplastic and elastomeric resins, and inorganic fillers. Exhibits elasticity, high environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR), flexibility and fatigue resistance. Suitable for crosslinked and/or expanded plates for several applications including compounds for footwear (sole, insoles, etc),furniture, toy and freebie industry, and polyethylenes blends used in hot-melt adhesives formulation. Presents excellent compatibility with wax, paraffins and tackfiers. Evateno® 8019 PE by Braskem meets the requirements for ethylene-vinyl acetate Copolymer as defined in 21 CFR, section 177.1350 issued by FDA-Food and Drug Administration in force on the date of publication of this specification.
