Celanex® 2004-2 60/2078

Celanex® 2004-2 60/2078 by Celanese is an unreinforced, impact modified, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) with semi-crystalline structure. It contains an internal lubricant. It exhibits excellent flowability, toughness, high strength, rigidity, low creep even at high temperatures.

• It provides rapid crystallization, fast cycle time, paintability, good electrical properties, no environmental stress cracking, good weathering resistance, very good low friction and wear resistant properties.
• Offers excellent dimensional stability, low moisture absorption and powerful insulation resistance, along with resistance to a wide range of chemicals, solvents, oils and greases.
• Celanex® 2004-2 60/2078 can be processed using injection molding.
• Recommended for electrical connectors containing latches.
• It complies with the PFOS, PFOA, and RoHS regulations.
