CENTRODAL TF POM + PTFE is a natural colored polyoxymethylene polymer to which polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder is added leading to an improvement of friction behavior and maintenance-free sliding. Provides high stiffness, excellent dimensional stability, good acid resistance, high surface hardness, good toughness, good temperature for usage in air, low water absorption, good heat distortion temperature, good bond- and weldability. Used in seals and manufacturing applications such as gear wheels, toothed wheels, chain guides, scrapers and rollers. Complies with FDA, BfR and flame rating UL 94.
