Asrene® SM5508 by Chandra Asri Petrochemical is a whitish high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Has a low degree of branching and exhibits excellent processability, high strength, good elongation & stretchability. Is insoluble in water and suitable for processing by co-extrusion and film extrusion. Asrene® SM5508 is recommended for monofilament (general ropes, nets), flat yarn (stretched tape, tarpaulin), lamination films and food contact applications. Complies with RoHS and FDA Regulation 21CFR177.152.
