Polisen 01030GR by ChangZhou Polisen Plastics Technology is a virgin, recycled, flame retardant, nylon 6 grade. It is reinforced with 30% glass. Exhibits good mechanical properties and dimensional stability. Shows improved creep, water absorption, low shrinkage, incresed surface hardness, wear-, heat- and aging resistance. Designed to be processed by injection molding. Typical applications include engine hood, door handles, industrial gear, power tools housing, coil skeleton, railway equipment, fishing gear, electrical and electronic connectors. Polisen 01030GR complies with UL-94 V0 flame ratings.
