Teflon™ FEP 106

Teflon™ FEP 106 by Chemours is a low viscosity tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene (FEP) copolymer. Exhibits low flammability, good flexibility, chemical inertness & high stress cracking and weather resistance. Possesses good dielectric, non-stick & non-aging properties, good toughness, low coefficient of friction and moisture absorption. Offers higher extrusion line speeds than Teflon® FEP 100 and high shear rate. Teflon™ FEP 106 is suitable for processing by melt extrusion & injection, compression and blow molding. Used in wire coating, insulation and cable jacketing. Meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2010/15 PFOA regulations and ASTM D 2116 type II requirements.
