Teflon™ PTFE 6CN X by Chemours is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer grade with good flexibility. Possesses moderate stiffness, good toughness, dielectric, non aging & non-stick properties and low density. Exhibits chemical inertness, low friction & moisture absorption and high elongation. Offers high temperature-, corrosion and weather resistance. Teflon™ PTFE 6CN X is stable with frequency & temperature and can be processed by paste extrusion using liquid processing aid like naphtha. Used in wire coating, jacketing, thin wall tubing such as spaghetti tubing at fast sintering rate. Meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2010/15 PFOA regulations.
