CGF-218K

CGF-218K is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade by ChenGuang Research Institute of Chemical Industry. It is processed by mixing with organic solvents to obtain paste which are made into coherent, smooth and flat semi-finished products after ram extrusion. During this progression, the extruding pressure remains steady. The semi-finished products are further processed to produce un-sintered tape by calendering, enlongating and removing solvent with heat. CGF-218K is suitable for processing by paste extrusion with outstanding performance. Used in manufacture of oil-free un-sintered broad tape (for cutting apart), sintered coherent thin-walled tubing, continuous long rod and wire & cable coating. Provides good whiteness and slightly transparent clarity to the sealing tapes.
