Marlex® 1023 (old name MarFlex® 1023) by Chevron Phillips Chemical is a low density polyethylene grade. Is suitable for extrusion coating application. Exhibits excellent processability, high line speed at low coating weights, low neck-in, good drawdown characteristics and low coefficient of friction. Possesses high amounts of slip agent. Marlex® 1023 is used in food packaging, laminations, general paper and board coating and general flexible packaging applications.
