Makrolon® 1954 by Covestro is a low viscosity and UV stabilized PC/PTFE grade. Exhibits easy release, high heat resistance, good friction characteristics, good toughness, good dimensional stability, high creep modulus and good electrical insulation properties. Products made from the grade provides durability, efficient reusability and energy and CO2 emission savings. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Makrolon® 1954 is used in housings, operating parts and sliding elements.
