Makrolon® Rx2435

Makrolon® Rx2435 by Covestro is a low viscosity, impact resistant, polycarbonate (PC) grade with easy release properties. It is processed by injection molding. It is suitable for sterilization with high-energy radiation.

It exhibits high heat resistance, good toughness, good dimensional stability, high creep modulus and good electrical insulation properties.
It possesses good transparency, high impact strength and chemical & hydrolysis resistance.
It provides durability, efficient reusability and energy and CO₂ emission savings.
It is used in transparent parts for medical devices.
Makrolon® Rx2435 is biocompatible according to ISO 10993-1 test requirements.
