WINDFORM® PS

WINDFORM® PS by CRP Technology is a water-insoluble polystyrene based material present as odorless white fine powder. Exhibits improved surface quality and fine feature preservation. Offers reduced “curling” effect on the first layers and very low ash content, therefore well suited for highly reactive alloys, such as titanium, aluminum, magnesium, steel and nickel based alloys. Designed to work within regular rapid casting procedures, including autoclave and flash firing steps, low-temperature furnaces and vacuum plaster casting methods. It can be processed using selective laser sintering. Developed specifically to produce complex investment casting patterns. The sintered patterns are ideal for conventional wax infiltration, and are easy to handle and finish. WINDFORM® PS by CRP Technology is listed on the TSCA Inventory.
