Grilamid® 2S 25 W 20 HL X Natural

Grilamid® 2S 25 W 20 HL X Natural is an impact modified and heat stabilized polyamide 6-10 (PA 6-10) grade. Is produced by poly-condensation of hexamethylene diamine (obtained from crude oil) and sebacic acid (obtained from the renewable bio raw material castor oil). Is based on 62% of renewable raw materials. Is a high viscosity, semi-flexible and plasticized grade. Possesses high impact strength even at low temperature, easy processability, low density, high chemical-, high heat-, UV-, and weathering resistance. Provides low water absorption and good dimensional stability compared to PA6 or PA66. Is suitable for processing by profile extrusion. Used in automotive applications like air intake-, compressed air- and hydraulic systems, cables & tubes and in consumer good applications like hydraulics & pneumatics. Complies with REACH, RoHS and WEEE.
