CarbonMide by EOS is an anthracite black colored, light weight, electrically conductive polyamide 12 (PA 12, Nylon 12) grade reinforced with carbon fiber. Exhibits excellent stiffness, strength & hardness, good surface finish and maximised weight-strength ratio. Can be processed using laser sintering and rapid prototyping. CarbonMide is recommended for mechanically stressed parts and aerodynamic components in motor sports.
