DAIAMID® ZZ3000P by Evonik is a low molecular weight, high flow, recyclable, water insoluble polyamide 12 (PA 12, Nylon 12) grade developed by advanced chemical technology. It exhibits excellent processability, high compatibility with magnetic powder, high moldability, low water absorption, excellent dimensional stability and high mechanical strength. This grade offers high cost effectiveness, easy configuration of magnetic moments & magnetism and high chemical-, hydrolysis- and stress cracking resistance. It is processed by compounding and mold processing. DAIAMID® ZZ3000P is recommended for high quality bonded magnets.
