VESTAKEEP® 4000 FC30

VESTAKEEP® 4000 FC30 by Evonik is a semi-crystalline, self-extinguishing polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin reinforced with carbon fiber, graphite and PTFE (10:10:10). Exhibits excellent mechanical-, thermal-, hydrolysis-, wear- & chemical resistance, fire properties and good electrical properties. Offers good physical stability, dimensional stability, degassing, ion extraction and processability. It is non-combustible & recyclable and has a self-lubricating nature. It can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. Suitable for automotive bearings, bushings & gearbox parts, electrical engineering, machinery and apparatus construction. Complies with FDA Regulation 21 CFR, § 177.2415 and EU (10/2011) regulations.
