15%GL+5%MoS₂

15%GL+5%MoS2 by Fluorseals is a self-lubricating polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade, containing 80% virgin PTFE, 15% glass fibers and 5% molybdenum disulfide. Exhibits improved compression- , wear- and aging resistance, excellent chemical stability, better thermal conductivity and coefficient of friction. Is an electrically insulating and non-inflammable grade, offering biocompatibility and good heat insulation. 15%GL+5%MoS2 is most commonly used filler for dynamic seal applications where both rotating and alternating movements are involved, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical parts.
