EcoVid 80TFH

EcoVid 80TFH by Greener Polymers is an Ingeo polylactic acid (PLA) grade. Offers high heat resistance index. Contains biopolymer, wood flour, bio-degradable and HDT additives. Available in dark wood color with slight wood odor and is insoluble in water. It is made from plants and not conventional fossil petroleum derivatives, naturally compost in presence of bacteria found in landfills and commercial compost sites. Do not leave a trace of any chemical product hazardous to nature, no pollution created rendering the lowest carbon footprint. It could be frozen to -32°C and rated for 80°C. Mold crystallization will increase the heat deflection from 80C° to 110C°+ depending on the application. Is suitable for processing by thermoforming. EcoVid 80TFH by Greener Polymers is recommended for applications such as lids for hot coffee cups.
