HiCal™ LM by Heritage Plastics is a polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade reinforced with 80% (1 micron) high purity, fine particle size calcium carbonate. Offers high stiffness, good heat deflection, low energy consumption and reduced environmental footprint. It is cost effective, heavy metal free and insoluble in water. Is suitable for processing by thermoformed sheet extrusion and injection molding. Recommended for thermoformed sheet applications. HiCal™ LM by Heritage Plastics is approved for use in direct food contact packaging and complies with California Proposition 65 & CONEG regulations.
