Everflon™ E420

Everflon™ E420 by Hubei Everflon Polymer is a flame retardant perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) copolymer resin available in the form of pellets. Exhibits good processability, service temperature up to 260°C, superior creep resistance at high temperatures, excellent low-temperature toughness, high melt strength and good heat stability. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. It is recommended to use reciprocating screw injection molding machines, relatively large die openings and high-temperature draw-down technique. Everflon™ E420 is recommended for films & sheets, thin cable insulation and small parts applications.
