Everflon™ PTFE F500

Everflon™ PTFE F500 by Hubei Everflon Polymer is a non-sticky, soft, white polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It exhibits the lowest coefficient of friction, the highest heat resistance, chemical resistance and electrical properties.

It is uniquely capable of being sheared by lubricated paste extrusion into a coherent fibros matrix with useful structural integrity.
It is particularly suitable for production of high quality tubing, spaghetti tubing, and wire coating.
Everflon™ PTFE F500 is also highly suitable for after-processing technologies, such as flanging, welding, blow molding and convoluting.
