NYLON 6 G MF by In2Plastics is a black colored, internally lubricated polyamide 6 (PA 6, Nylon 6) grade reinforced with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and is produced by direct polymerization. Available in almost any size of sheet, rod & tube and has the ability to be custom cast to specific shapes. Exhibits low moisture absorption, improved wear resistance and reduced friction even at temperatures up to 100°C. Offers good toughness, low modulus of elasticity and good impact resistance. Is suitable for processing by cast film extrusion. NYLON 6 G MF is recommended for wearstrips & guides, gear wheels and pulleys.
