PE Hot Natural

PE Hot Natural by In2Plastics is a natural colored, heat stabilized, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) grade containing special additives. Exhibits higher operating temperature (HOT) at elevated temperatures up to 135°C whereas standard PE1000 shows signs of thermal and mechanical break down at temperatures above 80°C. Offers low coefficient of friction, high wear & temperature resistance and inhibits the oxidation process. PE Hot Natural is recommended for food & bakery industry, conveyor parts, wearbends, chainguides, bedplates, hot end wear strips, parcel chutes and linings. Complies with FDA REG 21CFR177.1520, FDA REG 21CFR178.2010, FDA REG 21CFR178.3297, 3A DAIRY SANITARY STANDARD and EU DIRECTIVE 2002/72/EC.
