Caverna™ PP

Caverna™ PP by Infinite Material Solutions is a polypropylene copolymer resin filled with 0-100% carbohydrate. It has a water-soluble phase that dissolves to create a co-continuous, microporous morphology. After dissolution, the resulting material is soft, porous and provides incredible moisture vapor transmission. It possesses highly uniform pore size (1-4µ) and distribution which gives outstanding print fidelity. It has the potential to create porous tooling for the production of vacuum formed parts. Exhibits excellent filtration properties. It is processed by extrusion, injection molding and 3D printing. It is designed for use in fused filament fabrication (FFF) printers. Caverna™ PP is compatible with AquaSys® 120, enabling design freedom and simple post-processing. Recommended for automotive, aerospace and consumer applications.
