Isoflon PTFE + 25 % CARBON

Isoflon PTFE + 25 % CARBON is a polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) grade by Isoflon, reinforced with 25% carbon. Exhibits good thermal conductivity, low permeability and improved coefficient of thermal expansion when combined with ceramic. Shows aging and weather stability over 20 years of exposure. Provides low radiation (gamma rays)-, excellent compression- and wear resistance. Offers unchanged electrical- and decreased mechanical properties. Isoflon PTFE + 25 % CARBON is used in high pressure seals.
