Jampilen EP348U by Jam Polypropylene is a nucleated, antistatic, heterophasic polypropylene (PP) copolymer. Exhibits high fluidity, very high melt flow rate, good dimensional stability, easy processing, short cycle times, low shrinkage, minimal warpage and excellent impact resistance even at low temperatures. Possesses excellent mechanical properties over a wide temperature range and very good low temperature performance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Jampilen EP348U is recommended for housewares, packaging applications such as small buckets, laundry baskets, toy boxes, flower pots, lunch-boxes, cool boxes, lids, caps, closures, margarine tubs, pots for dairy products, ice-cream containers, trays, CD/ DVD envelopes and thin-walled packaging. The grade is suitable for food contact applications.
