KEPITAL® TE-23S

KEPITAL® TE-23S by KEP is an impact modified, crystallized polyacetal copolymer grade. Exhibits elevated weld line strength, well balanced mechanical & physical properties, stiffness, fatigue resistance, resistance to creep, resistance to friction & wear, wide range of working temperature, high tolerance to organic chemicals & alkalis, long-term dimensional stability, excellent fuel resistance, better flow enabling high speed production and better thermal stability than acetal homopolymer. Ensures low deposit on mold surface during processing. It can be processed using injection molding and extrusion. KEPITAL® TE-23S is suitable for general mechanical parts where moderately improved toughness is required or highly stressed parts where super toughness is needed. Possible applications include consumer products, transportation, electrical/ electronics, industrial products, automobiles, IT equipments and home appliances.
