KURARAY POVAL™ 30-75

KURARAY POVAL 30-75 by Kuraray is a partially saponified, polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH). It has uniform chemical structure and shows great adhesion. It offers minimal blocking tendency even in high air humidity and fast setting after reactivation. It provides extension of the open time, influence on the rheology, good remoistening properties and high degree of flatness during storage under fluctuating air humidity. It is used as a water-activated adhesive raw material. It can also be used as a protective colloid which can influence the particle size distribution, viscosity, stability to stirring, freeze/thaw stability, pigment compatibility 30-75 can be added to polymer emulsions that are already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. The shelf life of the product is 12 months.
