KURARAY POVAL™ 30-98 by Kuraray is a water soluble, polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) fully saponified grade. It is manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is used as a binder in sizes based on its good penetration capacity and good adhesion properties. Shows high cohesion and toughness, low electrostatic charging and re-dissolving capacity of the dried film. KURARAY POVAL™ 30-98 has a shelf life of 12 months.
