KURARAY POVAL™ 4-88 S2 by Kuraray is polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. Exhibits uniform chemical structure, good cohesion, good adhesion to fiber, fillers and pigments. KURARAY POVAL™ 4-88 S2 is recommended for the modification of emulsion adhesives, protective colloid emulsion for polymerization and raw material for PVOH film. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
