KURARAY POVAL™ L-8

KURARAY POVAL™ L-8 by Kuraray is a water soluble, specialty polyvinyl alcohol manufactured by Kuraray by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is developed to be used as primary suspending agent for vinyl suspension polymerization. It produces PVC grains of good porosity while maintaining a satisfactory bulk density. It has a shelf life of 12 months. The plasticizer speed, the fish eyes count and the residual vinyl chloride monomer level are drastically improved using KURARAY POVAL™ L-8.
