Durethan® AKV30H2.0 901510 by LANXESS is a heat-aging stabilized polyamide (PA 66) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It exhibits high stiffness, low friction and good processability. It possesses good electrical insulation properties, high mechanical strength and dynamic load bearing properties. It provides high wear-, abrasion-, shock & fracture resistance and the attenuation of noise and vibration. It shows high resistance to heat at 170 to 200 °C for short term and 80 to 160 °C for long-term. It is resistant to chemicals such as fuels, lubricants, solvents and cleaning agents. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Durethan® AKV30H2.0 901510 can be used in bicycle inner bearings. Complies with REACH (Regulation EC No. 1907/2006) and RoHS.
