Durethan® BTC 75 H3.0 EF 900117 by Lanxess is a thermally conductive, heat-aging stabilized polyamide 6 (PA 6) grade reinforced with 75 % mineral. Exhibits good mechanical properties, excellent flowability, outstanding electrical insulation properties, and high long-term thermal resistance up to 120°C. It is more cost-effective & has improved properties compared to that of aluminum oxide- or boron nitride-filled polyamides, & is electrically stable that helps prevent copper contact corrosion. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Durethan® BTC 75 H3.0 EF 900117 is recommended for modular flange for a fan module used in car interior ventilation systems. Other possible applications include electronic housings, lids for control housings, covers for small motors, lighting and LED components such as cooling elements.
