Lupox® SG5150

Lupox® SG5150 by LG Chem is a polybutylene terephthalate and polyethylene terephthalate (PBT+PET) grade reinforced with 15% glass fiber. It exhibits good surface finish, gloss, minimal moisture absorption, fast crystallization speed and excellent electrical properties. It shows good resistance against water, weak acids and many solvents. It provides slight solubility in strong polar solvent or chlorinated solvents but insolubility in water. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive door latch, electrical and electronic applications. Lupox® SG5150 complies with US EPA TSCA and UL 94 HB flame rating.
