MARPOL® HDM 540 by Marco Polo International is a non-additive, high density polyethylene (HDPE) freezer grade. Exhibits high flow, good processability, good rigidity, good colorability, antifreeze resistance, good thermal stability, good impact resistance at low temperature and good organoleptic properties. MARPOL® HDM 540 is recommended for food containers such as 4-, 5- and 6- quart ice cream containers. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1a.
