ECOLVIN® G62

ECOLVIN® G62 by Alphagary is a low molecular weight polyvinylchloride (PVC) homopolymer resin produced through hybrid technology. Exhibits low viscosity, very good viscosity stability, pseudo-plastic flow at low shear rates and dilatancy at high shear rates. Provides low fusion temperature, low brookfield & severs viscosities, foams with fine & homogeneous cell structure and good heat stability. Is easily dispersed in plasticizers and allows for an efficient removal of air entrapped during the mixing operation. ECOLVIN® G62 is suitable for processing by rotational molding, slush molding, dipping or casting. Used in coated fabrics, carpet backing & adhesives, lamination of adhesives for synthetic leather and chemical or mechanical foams. It is recommended when the fusion process needs to be conducted at relatively low temperatures.
