ECOLVIN® G80

ECOLVIN® G80 by Alphagary is a very high molecular weight polyvinylchloride (PVC) homopolymer resin produced through hybrid technology. Exhibits low viscosity, medium plasticizer content, low fogging, pseudo-plastic flow at low shear rates and dilatancy at high shear rates. Provides low brookfield & severs viscosities, very good viscosity stability, good contact gelation, foams with good resilience, good heat stability and high mechanical properties. It is easily dispersed in plasticizers and allows for an efficient removal of air entrapped during the mixing operation. ECOLVIN® G80 is suitable for processing by rotational molding, slush molding, dipping or casting. Used in topcoats & foams for synthetic leather by thermoforming & embossing, wall coverings, tarpaulins & conveyor belts, air & oil filters, cap seals and coated fabrics.
