Ingeo™ Biopolymer AW 300D

Ingeo™ Biopolymer AW 300D by NatureWorks is a biodegradable polylactic acid (PLA). This opaque, off-white molding grade creates parts that are rigid and heat resistant for tableware used with hot foods as well as drinks when injection molded using conventional chilled molds. It is a thermoplastic resin derived from annually renewable resources. It is recoverable in the form of material recycling, energy recovery and composting. Ingeo™ Biopolymer AW 300D is fully formulated to be used naturally, but may be blended with color compounds. It is also used in injection molded food service-ware applications.
