Nylacast H.S. Blue

Nylacast H.S. Blue by Nylacast is a polyamide 6 grade, additivated with high temperature resistant colorants, heat and UV stabilizers. Exhibits better performance at high temperature, improved mechanical properties, good dimensional stability. Offers good PV, load bearing capabilities, abrasion-, wear- and chemical resistance. It reduces stress distortion caused by machining and retains physical properties at high temperatures. Designed for processing by cast extrusion. Used in transport, ship building, pharmaceuticals, steel mills, cranes, quarrying, mining, conveyors, offshore, power plants, food and food packaging. Typical applications include wear rings, spacers, dolly blocks, guides, wear pads, shims, sheaves, rollers, pump/pusher blocks, bush stoppers, thruster nozzles and bespoke components. Nylacast H.S. Blue complies with Japanese standards, EC 1907/2006 (REACH), EU Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS), EU Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE), EU Directive 2003/11/EC and UL 94 flame ratings.
