UNIPA® M

UNIPA® M is an un-filled nylon-6 grade by Nytef Plastics. Shows 210°F continuous use temperature property. Exhibits excellent toughness, superior abrasion resistance and outstanding chemical resistance. Utilizes nylon casting process to produce nylon 6 stock shapes. It can be easily machined & fabricated and is available in rods, plates and tubular bars, produced with very thick cross-sections, uniform physical properties and minimal internal stress levels. UNIPA® M is used in food & dairy processing, material handling, fluid handling, electronics manufacturing, automotive, paper manufacturing, textile production, construction and mining industries. Sample applications include pistons, valves, manifolds, food product forming dies, timing screws, scraper blades, wear strips, pump components, electrical components, gears, bushings and bearings. Complies with FDA/USDA, 3-A Dairy and UL 94 HB flame rating.
