Omniamid PA6 GHR

Omniamid PA6 G HR is an amorphous, black colored polyamide 6 reinforced with graphite and a special lubricator. Is machinable, has low coefficient of friction, self lubricating, provides good tensile stress, compressive strength and offers good resistance to weather & low temperature. Exhibits wear resistance better than natural PA 6, excellent abrasion-, high shock-, elevated fatigue-, alkali-, inorganic compounds-, solvents and UV resistance. Is suitable for processing by cast extrusion process. Used in manufacturing of parts for construction machines, excavators and earth movers (gear wheels, guide bearings, bearings, sliding bearings), ship building industry (rollers, haulage, sliding guides, bearings) and ropeway industry (pulleys, wheels, sliding blocks). Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating.
