OPaLene B5004 by ONGC Petro additions is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Is a very hard and abrasion resistant grade, exhibiting excellent environmental stress-cracking resistance (ESCR). Provides higher temperature resistance, low coefficient of friction and superior water vapor barrier properties. Possesses low degree of branching, hence stronger intermolecular forces. Designed for blow molding method by slurry process. OPaLene B5004 is recommended for containers and bottles up to 10L for packing of pesticides, surfactants and cosmetics.
