Nemcon™ H PA DP117/X3 by Ovation Polymers is a thermally conductive polypthalamide (PPA) grade. Exhibits good stiffness, high heat deflection temperature and excellent chemical resistance. Offers easy processability, good surface finish, good heat dissipation properties, good corrosion resistance, high dielectric strength and good mechanical properties. Nemcon™ H PA DP117/X3 can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. Possible applications include electronic applications such as heat sinks, housings & enclosures, interface materials, chipsets, IC assembly & connectors, automotive applications such as under-hood components, radiator end caps, fuel pumps, hybrid & electric vehicles & fuel cells, industrial applications such as coils, pumps, motors & armatures, transformers, heating and cooling applications such as heat exchangers, radiant heating, pipe & tubing, HVAC and medical applications such as devices & instrument housings.
